I started Grow Girl Co. because I saw how often puberty is met with awkwardness, silence, or stress - when it could be a time of connection, curiosity and care. As a parent, I wanted better tools to guide those conversations. So I created them.

Grow Girl Co. helps parents and carers talk about puberty with kindness, clarity and confidence. Our tools are simple, age-appropriate, and designed to make growing up feel less overwhelming - for everyone.
